No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@calledbynameofficial.com within 15  days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions

If an exception is made for a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs or we may offer store credit to correct the issue.
